But what you say about climate is false. Weather is chaotic. Climate is not.

Assuming that because weather is chaotic, climate is also chaotic, is no more valid than asserting that the determinism of Newtonian Mechanics is invalid because Quantum Mechanical is probabilistic. QM is probabilistic, but the Strong Law of Large Numbers, applied correctly to the Laws of Quantum Mechanics, are summarized for macroscopic objects by Newton's Laws.

The interference of electromagnetic waves (Quantum Mechanics) and the Law of Gravity (Classical or Newtonian Mechanics) are some of the most conclusively proved concepts in all of human knowledge, just after the real numbers in my opinion.

Anyway, in summary, the emergence of patterns and predictability from large numbers of unpredictable phenomena or events is an uncontroversial fact of mathematics.
