In other words, anyone who you can't sensibly debate, you re-phrase untruthfully then contradict what they didn't say. That method of argument is called the "straw man" and it's considered the most dishonest of all logical fallacies because it always means that YOU KNOW you cannot dispute what was really said, and so you CHOOSE TO MAKE UP SOMETHING ELSE and attribute that to your opponent.
