New Stanford Study Exposes Lack of Credibility and Expertise Among Climate Skeptics

Richard #2, my Google search for the "the written objections of the Norwegian government" quoted from what you allege was sent to IPCC, returns ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, which suggests that no such comment has EVER been addressed on the public record to IPCC, by ANYBODY, much less OFFICIALLY, on behalf of Norway's nor any other government.

http://www.google.com/search?q=site:ipcc.ch+In+particular+since+the+conclusion+of+this+section+about+solar+forcing+hangs+on+one+single+paper+in+which+J.+Lean+is+a+coauthor

This is one sentence from the paragraph which you alleged is a quote from the Norwegian government's "written objections" to IPCC:
"In particular since the conclusion of this section about solar forcing hangs on one single paper in which J. Lean is a coauthor."

Nothing on the entire Internet matches the quote which you allege that the Norwegian government sent to IPCC -- presumably officially, not some petty bureaucrat acting beyond its purview.

The link which you posted to substantiate your accusation is dead and you have not replied to requests for a working link.

If you have ANY concern for your credibility, or even the APPEARANCE of your own credibility, then you had better PROMPTLY provide a working link to that exact quote, on either an official Norwegian government site or ipcc.ch, or else admit that the source from which you mined that accusation falsified the accusation, and tell us all EXACTLY where you acquired that falsified "information" in the first place.
