CBO: Climate Bill Would Cut Deficit By $19 Billion

@WeWant:
You are misinformed or misunderstanding the historical context of the W. Bush Great Recession and its economic causes. President Obama's tax cuts were "across the board" but the sum of all tax cuts since Reagan have demonstrably favored the over-privileged.

And of course, we all know that the largest corporations are known to have paid zero tax this year. So, to review, the facts that the 400 wealthiest households pay 16% - 17% of their income in tax, the wealthiest corporations pay 0% but the median income earner pays 35% of our income in tax, it is indisputable that tax cuts since Reagan have not been "across the board."
