Climategate Scientist Michael E. Mann Exonerated

I've been hearing lately that letters to the editor, especially of local newspapers, can have a significant impact. And I'm guessing that if a national trend emerges of grass roots demands that local newspapers finally get right the facts that A.C.O.R.N., Phil Jones and Michael Mann were just plain smeared, NONE of the accusations against any of them were supported by ANY facts, and that these corrections run on the front page with as many or more column inches as the sensationalist, false, and DEFAMATORY stories that ran first, then the next faked scandals -- and there will be more -- will get the scrutiny they deserve, if not in every national medium, then at least in the minds of the average low- to medium-information voter who watches, reads or listens to the hyperventilating coverage and flashes back to the last two scandals, which s/he would then KNOW, were covered totally incorrectly. We would make people a little bit more like true "skeptics" who are not biased, or are at least less biased, to believe or to disbelieve claims for or against any particular side of any issue and more unwilling to reach any conclusion until they actually have enough facts to make an informed deduction.
