What I infer from your repeated evasion of this very simple question, which is also pertinent to your complaints that you are not, in fact, a liar, is that you chose the word "trend" and used it repeatedly WITH INTENT TO DECEIVE, just as I supposed that you had.

Now, did you lie? Was your repeated, and therefore apparently intentional use of the word trend an error resulting from your misunderstanding or forgetfulness of your one statistics class 25 years ago, or was that usage "a deliberate misrepresentation of facts"?

When, during this conversation about science, you used the colloquial instead of statistical sense of the word trend while referring to ERBS data, were you aware that in science, a more rigorous definition of the word trend exists?
