Like all scientists, climatologists continue to study the climate system to learn even more and refine their knowledge to make even more accurate predictions than they already have, such as the now-indisputable warming trend they got right at least 30 years ago. But for the rest of us, the only legitimate, intellectually honest debate we can have is about the most effective policy to address Anthropogenic Climate Change, which -- for all practical purposes of everybody who is not a published, professional climatologist -- is settled science.
